Heya! The name's velu! Here you'll find the terms of service that i'll have available linked to my profiles on Furaffinity, Toyhouse, and Twitter!
Please note that by purchasing a design from me you acknowledge that you've read through these guidelines and agree to these terms of service.
General Guidelines
✦ I sell exclusively through paypal invoices and all prices listed are in USD
✦ Payment is required within 24 hours of Invoice having been sent unless a payment plan was previously discussed.
✦ Upon full payment the full res png. files of the design in however many variations is available will be sent via a dropbox link.
✦ As such, I will not sell to users under the age of 18.
✦ Designs purchased from me may be sold for their original purchase price or lower.
✦ You may include the price of any commissions you've personally purchased to the sell price. (Including physical goods like plushes, paintings, fursuits, etc. If you include the price of a physical good in the sale of the character you are responsible for shipping said physical good to the buyer.)
✦ Purchased designs may be traded or gifted at any time.
✦ If you obtained the design via trade I ask that you not attempt to sell said design.
✦ You may not force other terms on my designs. (example: I'm selling this design to you but i get first dibs on buying it back)
Ownership
✦ All designs are sold on a personal use basis only.
✦ You may freely edit the design as you wish after it's been purchased. This includes changing the species, if you're choosing to turn one of my designs into a "closed species" please make sure you have the species' owner's permission to do so.
✦ In this instance, any "versions" of the character you choose to make, if identical to the purchased design, must be included in the sale or trade of the character.
✦ You may make minor edits to my artwork with clear indications that the artwork has been edited. Larger edits should be brought up to me in dms (velu @ toyhouse, vavelune @ twitter) I am generally open to this but I do appreciate being asked.
✦ Please credit me (velu @ toyhouse) as the creator of the design.
